Description:  The purpose of this grant is to increase student and teacher access to instructional technology to enhance and differentiate instruction in the classroom.

Why is this important?  This project is especially important because we want the ability to restructure our rigorous curriculum so that it can be accessed bu all students including ESL and students with learning disabilities.

Who will be served?  All of our 350 students would be served with with this enhanced technology as well as promoting staff development on our staff.

How will this be evaluated?  The success of this project could be evaluated in a couple of ways. First, will look at the passing rates of our students in core classes - Lit, Social Studies, and Math targeting those at-risk groups of student. Also, monitoring the technology use by the staff as use these new tools.

Does this build on existing programs?  These tools will certainly support our present core curriculum program. The staff is dedicated to developing an rigorous IHS program where all students can be successful.
