Mercedes Benz is a new Sponsor in 2006 of EEF. 

They made a contribution of $2,500 and have challenged other companies to also support Eugene District Schools.

On February 3, 2006 a Jazz Combo with 3 students from South Eugene High School, one from Sheldon and one from Cottage Grove played at a Special presentation at Starters.
